Privacy Notice for California Residents
This notice explains how American Pasteurization Company ("APC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information of California residents and describes the rights available under California law.

Retention of Personal Information
APC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, employment, or reporting requirements. APC does not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA. APC also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
