Privacy Notice for California Residents

This notice explains how American Pasteurization Company ("APC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information of California residents and describes the rights available under California law.

Retention of Personal Information

APC uses personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in this notice. APC does not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA. APC also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Before processing your request, we may need to verify your identity. The verification steps we use will depend on the sensitivity of the personal information involved and the nature of your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

APC does not offer financial incentives, price differences, or service differences in exchange for the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of personal information.
